    rjlSystems Teams Up With Interlinx Associates

    In order to better serve our present as well as prospective customers, need for a thorough and critical/radical analysis of our business direction was in order.

  • The first step was to look at our priorities. rjlSystems was founded on the idea of "Customer First" and providing the Best Service/Support Possible by leveraging the right mix of technologies and tools. We were not established to be a Sales organization (licenses, etc) but rather to be a Service organization always ready to solving problems/issues and help our customers be successful in THEIR business. This was certainly all true when we started. However, increasing "channel Sales Pressure" slowly caused us to loose focus and radical change was in order.
  • Next, we needed to make sure we were focused on the correct mix technologies and tools needed to support our first order of business.
  • Last, there need to be a process in place to make sure we moved forward in a methodical dynamic way to insure we did not become "stale" and become a follower rather than a forward looking leader.
  • Once our key objectives were taken care of, the final part was to team up with a strong and well established Sage Business Partner who shared our vision. It was very clear there was really only one who would be a good fit for both our customers and us - Interlinx Associates, LLC. A few emails and some phone conversations with Elaine and Scott (at Interlinx) was all we needed to seal the deal.

    Orbis Announces Release of SR1 for Web Services and Hot Fix H for TaskCentre

    Quoting Paul Garrett of Orbis: "... This web service connector release extends the range of web services with which this drag and drop tool can integrate. Key focuses of this release are integration with:
    • Microsoft Exchange
    • Sage SData

    The TaskCentre Hotfix H release is a prerequisite for service release 1 of the web service connector. This release includes an extension to the TaskCentre API to enable task import programmatically, corrections to a number of issues and reverses changes made to the XML to Recordset tool made in hotfix G. ..."
    Note all TaskCentre Customers who are current in their "ALF" (Annual License Fee) are entitled to (and should install) Hotfix H. Customers who have "full" TaskCentre are also entitled to the Web Services (tool) SR1 update as well. All others should not hesitate to contact their TaskCentre Partner.

    Sage SalesLogix Mobile Web provides rich CRM functionality and is SO simple to use, there isn't even a manual. It's quick and powerful intuitive user interface has no peer in the industry.     Fisher Technology - The North American Distributor for Orbis Software's TaskCentre announced they have been appointed as the North American Distributor for Dimension Software ApS to distribute EDIView for TaskCentre and the rest of their product line for the North American market.
